South Africa needs the Post Office, e-commerce pioneer says

The Post Office is needed to drive e-commerce in South Africa, Zulzi founder Donald Valoyi has said.

Insider access to critical IT systems and VPN access for Pin resets were among the tools used to defraud the Postbank.
