News24 | Northern Cape serial child rapist given lengthy prison sentence

A Philipstown serial child rapist pleaded guilty to 18 charges in the De Aar District Court this week. The charges included being in possession of pictures and videos of children being sexually assaulted, and exposing his genitals.
