The South African Advertising Regulatory Board (ARB) has announced that they have found MTN guilty of ‘ambiguous and therefore misleading’ advertising on its one-day and seven-day data bundle deals.

They have further instructed MTN to withdraw or amend their aforesaid claims.

Advertisements should not contain any statement or visual presentation which, directly or by implication, omission, ambiguity, inaccuracy, exaggerated claim or otherwise, is likely to mislead the consumer.Stament by Advertising Regulatory Board (ARB)
