Tanzania leading digital lifestyle company, Tigo, launched its annual Customer service Week in Mwanza Region, and thereafter across all Tigo shops. The weeklong celebrations seek to recognize the value of service and the contributions of the frontline customer service providers who strived to ensure Tigo customers get the best service across the country.
In a bid to reinforce a customer-focused culture and align with this year’s theme; Celebrate Service, frontline service providers across the country will celebrate and re-connect with customers in an array of planned week-long activities. The activities include parading, customer engagement activities, market visits to conduct feedback sessions. Additionally, customers will get a chance to speak directly to Tigo top executives at the Tigo call centre and shops in Dar es Salaam.
As a business, it is important for us to understand what our customers value, on the other hand we also have to give a pat on the back to our frontline service providers. The week long festivities will see Tigo customers enjoy free trials for some selected digital services, discounts on the purchase of selected devices bundled with up to 8GB FREE internet per month, as well as lots of freebie giveaways at Tigo shops across the country.
